ajis: cepatnyer bpp release paymnt....saya sain snp 24/11/2009 sampai sekarang tak release payment
lg sebab skrg baru proses nk tukar nama kat title....

angin betul ngan lawyer saya...sebenarnya saya amik lawyer kawan kepada kawan saya..dia kata lawywer nih biasa corat-coret ngan gov loan...saya juga adeer follow up dan stakat nih aper yg saya tau si lawyer nih memang zero ttng ngan gov loan...alasan yg selalu diberi bila saya cal kenapa lambat...dia kata procedures di bpp dah berubah....procedures kat pejabat tanah juga dah brubah...dan macam2 lg....saya cukup frust.....nk wat cam ner....dah terlambat nk patah balik...

smlm saya gi sendiri kat pejabat tanah petaling amik consent untuk gadaian trus anta kat lawyer,....saya tanya lepas nih aper plak step...lawyer tu kata lepas nih step untuk tukar nama kat title....ni tak tau plak brapa lama....saya ader terbaca kat forum nih, proses nih kena amik masa dlm 3 bulan.....fuhhhh..kalu cam tuh, masak saya nk bayar interest......botak licin kpala cam nih.....
dah selesai tukar nama kat title tuh..ader lg ke perkara nk kena buat.......kena cargas cam nih...

which 1 better? to have 1 lawyer handle financing & SnP, or 2 lawyer utk each agreement?
bank suggest pakai 2 lawyer, developer kata pakai 1 lawyer...pening lak..
appreciate kalo share dgn sy...

SHL dh anta letter utk 1st 10% payment...die engaged lawyer eugene lye & co utk chase payment nie..
adakah lawyer yg sama akan kite deal utk S&P nnt?...ada sape2 penah deal dgn diorg?
bleh ke lawyer finance bank lain dgn layer S&P?...


aton pun guna eugene lye nie...ok....senang leh kautim...haah dia pun incharge utk lawyer finance gaks...untung arr dpt dia..adik aton pun, rekomen dia guna legal firm nie...sbb lawyer yg incharge tu...dia punyer firm sendrik..tu senang nak kautim...tp so far saya bayar ontime....lepas withdrawal epf...settlekan semua...

aton, byr ape yg ontime tu? legal fee or 10% payment to developer? u amik bank mane ek? i ada tanye ambank, utk engage finance lawyer dgn eugene lye...diorg x prefer sgt sbb x biasa keje dgn lawyer lain, walhal eugene lye adalah panel kpd ambank...please advice...

deli sorry lambat reply...10% d/payment pd developer tu kalo blh mmg kena settlekan cepat2 before due date dia...legal fees kita blh kawtim ngan diaorg...tp dev susah skit.....aton settlekan dlm masa 2 minggujer lepas dpt epf...epf nie actually tersgtler cepatnyer within 3 days...dah di bank-inkan ke account kita kalo dokumen semua lengkaplah ini utk 1st name arr..2nd name...lambat skit...within 7-14 hari kot..... Wink so trusler settlekan pd dev n lawyer...bukan apa takut kena interest ...tp tu ar...kira2 mmg dlm RM40k gakler habis...mmg korang kena get ready byk tu...utk masuk umah baru...tu blum masa ambik kunci...rasanyer pun 2-3k tak larikan.... crazy

ajis: salam...tq for ur info...sy rasa mmng bukan bpp yg lambat tapi lawyer ngan developer yg lmbt.......bila tanya lawyer dia kata semua dh setel ngan bpp, borang dah antar kat bpp,...cuma nk dpt no perserahan je sekarang nih kat pejabat tanah...lepas tuh dia kata boleh advice kat bpp utk bayar pada dvlper(entah betul ker tidak)....berserahje lah sya nih, dalam masa yg sama, slalu cal utk dpt update dr lawyer...tak tau baper kena interest nnti.

umah sya suria II....sya rasa sdr pn suria jugak kn....

pitcherplant : ok la klau lawyer awk ckp mcm 2.slain update lawyer,cek jg bpp.kdg2 klau lawyer wt keje x lgkp blh jd mslh bpp kuar byrn.jd klau xok blh cpt2 slesaikn mslh.hrpkn lawyer mmg xblh hrp.keje dorang tggu je ape yg smpai.shl atr surat interest pd sye dlm bln 4, kne dlm rm1500.xtau la bla dpt kunci charge ln.hrp2 bnyk 2je la.
